Through our work these past few years, we understand quite clearly the need for donors. Your monetary donations as well as gifts-in-kind are vital to our organization's success. Our annual fundraising golf tournament helps cover the costs of the daily administration of the organization, but it is just not enough.

Our main objective is to finance our Police & Fire Assistance Fund. The money in this fund is earmarked for any specialized medical care and/or second opinions that a family may choose to employ in order to receive the best and most cutting-edge care available. Giving families a choice in their health care decisions is our goal.   This fund also provides other forms of financial assistance for officers and firefighters on a case by case basis.  Your monetary donation to our Police & Fire Assistance Fund is the best way to ensure these officers and firefighters get the help they need.  As we move forward, we are working to develop support and advocacy services for newly diagnosed patients and their families. This is an invaluable resource to those receiving this kind of life altering news.

The Charlie Sears Foundation is working toward securing our future as a nonprofit organization within the community. We need and greatly appreciate the support of all donors. No amount of giving is too small or insignificant, just as no life is too small or insignificant.

One of our main goals is to grow and expand our organization within the law enforcement and firefighting communities. We are striving to get the word out to those officers and firefighters that may not be aware that there is another resource. In order to be that resource, however, we need this same community of officers and firefighters to become involved.
